Galin Thomas is a multidisciplinary artist working in photography, film, and poetry. Drawing from life experiences and books, he creates work that explores many aspects of life through imagery and language. His practice seeks to foster connection by reminding audiences they are not alone. Galin has participated in Returning Artists Guild workshops, skill shares, and social media features since joining the organization.
I write for the stage and screen, creating stories rooted in everyday life and lived experience. Some projects are born through collaboration, while others begin with my own observations, but I enjoy guiding each one from concept to completion through writing, recording, editing, and directing.The people and moments that often go unnoticed are what inspire me most. I believe ordinary lives hold extraordinary stories, and I want audiences to recognize themselves, their families, and their communities in the characters I create. My work reflects the humor, challenges, and quiet truths that connect us across generations.Entertainment matters, but so does understanding. I hope my work leaves audiences informed, engaged, and reminded that every person's story has value. If people leave the theater feeling seen, thinking differently, or simply carrying a smile with them, then I've done my job.
