Kevin Ballou is a performing artist whose work spans improv theater, scripted theater, stand-up comedy, film, poetry, and mixed media. A member of the Returning Artists Guild since 2020, Kevin uses humor and storytelling to explore the complexity of human relationships while creating opportunities for audiences to laugh, reflect, and connect. Through performance, he believes the arts can foster empathy, joy, and meaningful conversation.

I am a performing artist whose work spans improv theater, scripted theater, and stand-up comedy. Through storytelling, humor, and live performance, I explore the depth and complexity of characters while creating opportunities for audiences to laugh, reflect, and connect.

Whether performing with an improv team or delivering original comedy, I am drawn to the shared experience that happens between performer and audience in the moment. I believe the performing arts have the power to bring people together, spark meaningful conversations, and offer new perspectives on everyday life. Through comedy and theater, I hope to create moments of joy and empathy so my audience sees both themselves and others with greater understanding.
